Joe teaches several courses in training and development and is the Program Director of the M.S. in Training and
Development. His educational background includes a B.S, M.S. and Ed.S. from UW-Stout. In addition, Joe earned his Ph.D. in the area of Workforce Education and Development at Penn State
University. Before coming to UW-Stout, he has worked in the Human Resource, prior to Miller Breweing, he was employed at Fox
Valley Technical College. He was a machine shop instructor and then became Division at Miller Brewing Company for more than fifteen years. He was also an apprenticeship at Miller Brewing Company.
