Current assignment within the College of Technology, Engineering and Management includes 25 percent time as program director of Master in Training and Development in the Communication, Education and Training and Department and 75 percent as Associate Dean of Outreach, Stout Technology Transfer Institute.
Highlights over the past four years of services to UW-Stout include maintaining the present on-campus Master in Training and
Development, as well as the co-hart group at Ft. McCoy, and expanded an additional co-hart group to Appleton. Was instrumental in accepting the transfer of the Technical Instructor Institute from University
of Eau Claire to UW-Stout. Presented and passed to PRC self-evaluation of the Master in Training and Development Program. Demonstrated leadership by presenting on various topics to local, state and national
organizations.
