Financial Aid
|
In order to be eligible for
financial aid you must be at least a half time student. Therefore you must be
registered for at least 6 credits. Students attending more than one school may receive financial aid if all the schools participate in a consortium agreement. Your case manager would like to know your courses and schools at least 1 month before the semester starts. The link below is
set up especially for distance education students.

Registration
|
For assistance registering in courses
with section numbers, 400, 800 – those types of numbers please contact Tony Schlemm, schlemmt@uwstout.edu Registration and Records can also help
with adding and dropping campus offered classes. Those are courses with
little section numbers, like 002, or 011. Online classes might fit this
category, or you might decide to drive to Stout for a class. Remember to register
for any classes offered by the campus early. You have advanced standing
because of your transfer credits - use the early date to your advantage. Your grades are available through Access Stout. If you need a printed grade report follow the link available at http://www.uwstout.edu/regrec/. IMPORTANT: If you move please update your address at the link provided at Registration and Records When it is time to apply to graduate school - this is the office that sends out your transcripts.

Swannack, Brenda Library Learning Center

Brenda's office is in charge
of your textbooks. Something to keep in mind: your books will arrive in a bag; keep the bag for mailing back books. Text books that are not returned ON TIME will be issued a LATE FEE. You cannot register, receive books for next semester or receive your diploma without paying your late fee. Be sure to be prompt when returning your text books. If you choose to buy your book - Great! I'm sure a couple of them will be "keepers."
