With numerous certifications under his belt, John has a Ph. D in Industrial Engineering and MS in Industrial engineering. In his school years, John has worked as a Research Assistant for the validation of Toyota Process Assessment Procedures and also on various other projects like rectifying component misalignment, determining customer perception of product quality. John was also appointed as the head of the Engineering Unit of the Quality Assurance Division of Ghana standards Board Accra. He has also worked on an assortment of publications namely-' An instrument for measuring management outcome with respect to Quality, Safety and Ergonomics', ' Design and Evaluation of System integration efforts for occupational & environmental safety & health, Ergonomics and Quality Management', ' Customer perceptions of Product quality improvement' etc. to name a few. Enthusiastic and committed to professional excellence, as an educator, John considers teaching as a continuous learning process that encourages exchange of ideas between student and the instructor. John teaches Quality Engineering, Design of Experiments, Production Operations Management, Quality Tools and Engineering Economics at Stout.
