Program Courses Taught:
Ted teaches Service Management and Hospitality and Tourism courses in traditional, web enhanced and asynchronous online formats. He earned his Doctorate from Arizona State University. Ted serves on several university committees; two editorial boards and attends conferences in his field as often as time permits. He is constantly striving to bring innovative ideas into the classroom. Ted enjoys hiking and biking on the Red Cedar Trail as well as floating in his canoe down the Red Cedar River.
