Bill has a BS in Industrial Arts Education from the Stout State University and an MS majoring in Media technology from University of Wisconsin-Stout. He was the director of Information Management, Research and training Center at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. He was responsible for planning distance learning strategies and conducting studies on decision making techniques, quality management and other current concepts in rehabilitation program management.
Bill is also the president, Board of Directors for the Indianhead Enterprise where he is responsible for decisions regarding monthly and quarterly profit and loss statements over several production and service contracts. Bill teaches Operations Management, Products and Inventory Control, Quality Concepts and Facility Planning at Stout.
