While working 30+ years in the restaurant industry, I also on several occasions was a part-time instructor at UW – Stout. In industry I have worked in the areas of operations, training, human resources, real estate and the law. In addition to being an instructor, I am also an attorney. I became a full-time member of the hospitality department in 2002 and the program director in 2004. I teach Introduction to Hospitality, Food, Beverage and Labor cost Control, Employee Labor Relations and numerous Property Management courses. My consulting practice focuses on feasibility studies, site selection, human resources and leasing.
