I love teaching and the challenges of creating a learning environment. As I have developed more and more experience, I have focused more and more on student-centered strategies. As Director of the Teaching and Learning Center I am able to assist other teachers on campus with this kind of work.
I love photography, and have had numerous shows. My wife Mary and I hike as much as possible, often in the Rocky Mountains in Glacier Park in Montana and Yoho Park in British Columbia.
