About the Instructor

Donna holds a bachelor's degree in Business Finance , an M.B.A. in Operations Management from University of Wisconsin- Whitewater, and a Ph.D. in Education from University of Minnesota..  Her professional experience includes work with Johnson Controls in Operations Management; and work in a number of other positions including Manufacturing Systems Analyst; Consultant in Employee Involvement, Team Building and Operations Management related issues. Her technical interests include human performance issues, motivation and work measurement, and leadership strategies. She teaches the following courses for the program:

• Production and Operations Management

• Women and Minorities in Management

•  Organizational Leadership.

Donna loves to travel and collect antiques. Family is top priority and she loves having pets.
